We leave Porto and travel south into the golden plains and olive grove landscapes of the Alentejo region. Our destination is Évora, a beautifully preserved museum-city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 1: Arrival in Lisbon & Historical Heart Discoveries

Your private tour begins with a warm welcome by your chauffeur-guide at Lisbon Airport or directly at your hotel. We dedicate this first day to exploring the capital's historical heart. We will climb the iconic hills aboard our executive vehicle to reach Portas do Sol and São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoints, followed by a stroll through old Alfama, the 12th-century Cathedral, and the elegant Chiado and Baixa quarters.

Day 2: Romantic Sintra, Pena Palace, Cascais & Estoril Coast

Journey to the mystical town of Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will have dedicated time to explore the flamboyant Pena National Palace or the enigmatic Quinta da Regaleira with its Initiation Well. After lunch in the village (and tasting traditional Travesseiros at Piriquita), we head to the Atlantic coast via Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, continuing past Boca do Inferno to the elegant resort town of Cascais.

Day 3: Belém Monumets & Free Afternoon in Lisbon

Spend the morning exploring historical Belém, the launching ground for caravels during the Age of Discovery. Visit the iconic Belém Tower, the Discoveries Monument, and the majestic Jerónimos Monastery—a Manueline masterpiece. We wrap up the morning with a tasting of the original Pastéis de Belém.

Day 4: Northern Route: Faith of Fátima, Academic Coimbra & Arrival in Porto

We head north today. Our first stop is the Sanctuary of Fátima, a global pilgrimage center where you can visit the Chapel of the Apparitions and the Basilica housing the shepherds' tombs. Next, we visit Coimbra, the celebrated "City of Students," to tour its prestigious University (founded in 1290), including the grand courtyard and the baroque Joanina Library.

Day 5: Porto City Discovery, Lello Bookstore & Gaia Wine Cellars Tasting

A full day dedicated to the secrets of Porto. Highlights include São Bento Station with its 20,000 historic hand-painted tile panels, the Cathedral, the iconic Clérigos Tower, and the neo-Gothic facade of the famous Lello Bookstore. Stroll through the vibrant riverside Ribeira district.

Day 6: Breathtaking Douro Valley, Pinhão Station & Estate Wine Tour

Escape into the stunning Douro Valley, the world's oldest demarcated wine region and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Drive along scenic mountain roads overlooking terraced vineyards sloping down to the river. Visit the traditional village of Pinhão and its famous tile-decorated railway station.

Day 7: Visit to Guimarães, and Braga.

CWe dedicate this day to the birthplace of Portugal and the Portuguese Rome. We begin in Guimarães, exploring its medieval historic center and the imposing Castle. Next, we set off to discover Braga, where we visit the stunning Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Monte and its iconic staircases.

Day 8: Journey South to Alentejo & Arrival in the Museum-City of Évora

We leave Porto and travel south into the golden plains and olive grove landscapes of the Alentejo region. Our destination is Évora, a beautifully preserved museum-city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon arriving in the late afternoon, enjoy a relaxing walk through the historic Giraldo Square to soak up the peaceful Alentejo atmosphere.

Day 9: Évora Exploration: Roman Temple, Cathedral & Chapel of Bones

A full day dedicated to exploring the rich heritage of Évora. Accompanied by your private guide, tour the impressive 1st-century Roman Temple, the imposing Gothic Cathedral, and the unique Chapel of Bones inside St. Francis Church, whose walls are lined with human bones.

Day 10: Cork Factory Tradition & Entry into the Sunny Algarve

We leave Évora and head to the southernmost coast of Portugal. Along the way, stop at a traditional cork factory to discover the lifecycle of the cork oak tree (Portugal proudly supplies 55% of the world's cork). We then cross the scenic southern hills to reach the sunny Algarve, the country's premiere coastal paradise, checking smoothly into your premium seaside hotel.

Day 11: Western Algarve: Historic Lagos & Ponta da Piedade Caves Cruise

Discover the dramatic Western Algarve. In Lagos, weather permitting, board custom small boats to glide directly inside the jaw-dropping sea caves of Ponta da Piedade. Explore Lagos' old town, deeply linked to Prince Henry the Navigator.

Day 12: Eastern Algarve: The Charm of Tavira & Ria Formosa Nature Lagoon

Next, explore the borders of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a stunning coastal lagoon ecosystem. Enjoy free time for lunch focusing on fresh grilled fish and seafood before returning to the hotel.
